She is the latest of the Cowgirls to earn all-American honors, having been named to the Basketball Times squad following the 1992-93 season. She only played two years with the Cowgirls, coming from junior college, but during those two seasons she led McNeese in scoring and rebounding and wound up seventh on the school’s all-time scoring chart with 1,140 points. Twice she was named all-SLC and all-Louisiana and she was a two-time team MVP. During the 1991-92 season she averaged 21.9 points per game while leading the Southland Conference and ranking nationally. Following graduation she entered the banking field and now lives in Nacogdoches, TX.
