Overall he batted .313 during the 2015 season and was one of the most consistent batters at the plate this season both for McNeese and in the Southland Conference. He proved to be one of the toughest hitters at the plate having struck out only 11 times in 249 at-bats. He became the program's all-time hitting king after collecting 247 career hits while also having climbed to second on the all-time stolen bases list with 77 total during his stint at McNeese. He ranks in the top 10 of several career offensive categories including games played (1st with 222), games started (1st with 222), at-bats (1st with 870), runs scored (9th with 243), doubles (T-7th with 41),

In addition to his performance on the field, Guillotte has made a positive impact in the classroom and in the community. He recently collected the most votes in the fan portion balloting for the Senior CLASS Award, defeating players from both the SEC, Big-12 and Pac 12 conferences.

Guillotte becomes the third player from McNeese to be chosen by the Blue Jays organization. He joins Kurt Heble, who was drafted by Toronto in 1991 and David Huggins who was selected by the ball club in the 1997 draft.

McNeese has now had 48 players chosen in the draft and has now had eight players selected since 2010. The last Cowboy draftee to be chosen was Michael Clemens by the Pittsburgh Pirates in 2014.
