High School: football and track star at St. Louis HS where he earned first team all-district, all-Southwest Louisiana and all-state honors as a senior for the Saints... district MVP after he rushed for 2,249 yards and 30 touchdowns hi senior season... set 14 school records... earned all-district honors as a member of the track team in the 400m, 800m, 4x200 and 4x400 meter relays... earned academic honors as well.

Other: born 8/27/92... son of Bentley and Tisa Berlin... two siblings - Alesi and Kelsi Berlin... his uncle is former Cowboy standout punter Jimmy Poirier... father played football at Louisiana Tech... majoring in accounting.
