2016: Southland Conference All-Academic Team… played in all 56 and started in all of those… among the top returners on the team with a .271 batting average and a total of 30 runs scored during the season… ranked second among the returners on the team with 57 hits including a team-best 12 doubles, 2 triples, 3 home runs, an 32 RBI… recorded 13 multiple hit games with his most impressive performance coming against UCA with 4 hits and 2 RBI… posted 3 hits each against Abilene Christian and New Orleans… posted a .954 fielding percentage throughout the season at second base.

2015: Louisville Slugger Freshman All-American… Southland Conference Freshman of the Year… selected All-Southland Conference First Team at second base… named to Southland Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll… manufactured one of the most successful freshman campaigns in McNeese State history that ended with the third best batting clip on the squad (.310)… batting average at the plate ranked the best among all freshman batters in the Southland Conference and was the third best mark overall…. finished with seven doubles, two triples, 13 RBI along with a team-high 26 walks… had a .419 on-base percentage that ranked third best overall among league leaders… consistency at the plate was unmatched as he reached base in a team-high 25-straight games earlier in the year while also having logged in 10 multiple-hit contests.

High School: Lettered three years at Downers Grove North HS… batted .327 with a .496 on-base percentage as a sophomore… helped lead squad to a 22-12 record and regional championship along with a .360 clip, 2 homers, 23 RBI, .520 on-base percentage and was selected All-Conference as a junior… turned in a .450 batting average along with two homers, five triples, 10 stolen bases and a .640 on base percentage… received All-Conference and All-Area honors… selected team captain as a junior and senior…member of Honor Roll, 4.0 and Above Honor Roll and received IHSA Scholastic Achievement Award as a junior and senior.. named to All-Tournament team in Perfect Game Tournament as member of Longshots summer league team.
 
Personal: Born 9/11/95… parents are Anthony and Barbara Provenzano… grandfather (Anthony) played baseball at University of Illinois… uncle (Frank) played baseball at University of Illinois at Chicago and is member of UIC Hall of Fame… majoring in Chemical Engineering.
