The Bill and Lena Henning Track and Field Complex is the home of Cowboy and Cowgirl Track and Field.

Prior to the 2007 season the track was renovated to a state-of-art rubberized, all-weather track that allows for maximum performance. Jumping and vaulting pits were also added during three renovation processes. The reconstruction of the track and field complex allows McNeese to host local, regional and national meets.

A new Daktronics scoreboard was also installed. The new scoreboard allows officials to bring up-to-date information to fans in attendance. The scoreboard has eight different lanes on it which allow for times and intervals to be shown.

McNeese's track complex - Bill and Lena Henning Track and Field Complex - also boasts a new track field house that was completed in 1999. The track field house has three coach's offices, a storage room for equipment, a lobby area, and a weight room that is dedicated to track athletes. The new field house and entire track complex is considered one of the best track facilities in the state of Louisiana.
