LAKE CHARLES--  The McNeese volleyball team wasted no time in picking up a straight set Southland Conference win and head coach 
Ashleigh Fitzgerald's 100
th career win Thursday night with a 25-6, 25-21, 25-12 victory over New Orleans. 
McNeese will host Southeastern La. at 2 p.m. Saturday in its home finale.  McNeese will also recognize its seniors (
Rachel Cagnina, 
Carly DeMarque and 
Shaundrea Boulden) prior to the match. 
McNeese walked away with its 13
th win of the season to improve to 13-14 overall and 3-8 in the SLC in a match that lasted just over an hour. 
The Cowgirls opened the match with a dominating first set that saw the Cowgirls nearly flawless and ended up with a .714 team hitting percent.  McNeese committed only one error in 21 attempts while collecting 16 kills.  The Cowgirls hit .296 in the second set before ending the match with a .600 hitting percent in the final set.  McNeese produced its best team hitting percent of the season with a .521 overall hitting percent. McNeese had a good serving night, picking up 10 aces. 
Sophomore 
Rebecca Korenek was the only player to record double figure kills with a match high 14. The 14 kills by Korenek are her second most of the season. 
Kelly Graham dished out a match high 35 assists and 
Kimberlyn Patterson led all players with 11 digs.
