LAKE CHARLES—With two matches left in the regular season and a Southland Conference Tournament berth on the line, the McNeese volleyball team controls its own destiny. McNeese will travel to New Orleans Tuesday night for a 7 p.m. match before concluding the regular season at Nicholls Saturday.
McNeese (14-16, 4-10 SLC) heads into the final week of the regular season in ninth place, one game out of eighth place Nicholls (5-9 SLC). The Southland Conference Tournament will field the top eight teams.

Malina Sanchez also leads the lead with 66 service aces.
Rachel Cagnina is in seventh place in the SLC with a .281 hitting percent and
