McNeese (9-6, 0-1 SLC) dropped a heartbreaking five set match to Northwestern State after taking a 2-1 lead in the match. The Demons came back to take the final two sets to hand the Cowgirls the loss. Stephen F. Austin (8-7, 1-0 SLC) is coming off a straight set 3-0 win at Nicholls Thursday.

McNeese will enter the match leading the SLC with 110 service aces and are second with a .194 team hitting percent.

Rachel Cagnina ranks second in the league with a .303 hitting percent and junior setter
Kelly Graham ranks ninth with a .247 percent. Graham also ranks fifth in the SLC with 9.37 assists per set.

Malina Sanchez continues to lead the conference with 38 service aces and ranks 10
th with 3.69 digs per set. Junior defensive specialist
Kimberlyn Patterson ranks seventh in the SLC with 4.07 digs per set.

The Ladyjacks are led on offense by Justice Walker who ranks third in the conference with a .285 hitting percent. Jacque Allen is averaging 1.19 blocks per set, which ranks her second in the SLC, and OJ Olsen is third with 5.60 digs per set.
