LAKE CHARLES—McNeese women's basketball team will look to bounce back from a disappointing 90-86 triple overtime loss at New Orleans Thursday night and will conclude their road trip with a 1 p.m. game at Nicholls Saturday.

McNeese (12-9, 6-4 SLC) missed a golden opportunity to move up in the Southland Conference standings Thursday but will have to regroup Saturday to salvage the road trip. 
Allison Baggett, who scored 13 points against UNO, continues to lead McNeese in scoring with 17.0 points per game. 
Jayln Johnson, who scored a career high 32 points against UNO is also averaging in double figures with 13.2 per game.  Johnson is also coming off a six assists night and is averaging 4.9 per game. 
Nicholls enters the game ranked third in the SLC with a 7-3 record and have won their last four games.  The Colonels are coming off a 69-58 road win at Incarnate Word on Wednesday. 
The Colonels are led by Jenny Nash who is tied for a league high 54 three-pointers made. Nash leads the team in scoring with 13.1 ppg. Emani White who has only played in 10 games this season, is averaging 10.7 ppg.
