LAKE CHARLES—McNeese volleyball will look to get back on the winning track this weekend when the Cowgirls travel to Stephen F. Austin Thursday night for a 6:30 p.m. match before concluding the weekend with a 2 p.m. match at Sam Houston State.

McNeese (4-13, 0-2 SLC) will look to snap a two match-losing streak after falling 3-0 to Northwestern State and 3-1 to Central Arkansas during the opening week of Southland Conference play last weekend.
Freshman
Keegan Nelms continues to lead the Cowgirls with 180 kills for an average of 2.65 per set and leads the league with 4.43 in conference matches. Nelms and
Adison Giambrone are tied for second on the team with 174 digs apiece.
Bridget Justis has a team high 280 digs for an average of 4.12 per set.
Alexandra Aguilera is averaging 9.57 digs per set and ranks third in the SLC with 11.00 in conference matches only.
Jenny D'Alessandro has 33 blocks to her credit.
Stephen F. Austin (9-6, 2-0 SLC) is one of four teams undefeated in the SLC heading into the weekend. The Ladyjacks have won four out of their last five matches and are coming off a home conference win over Sam Houston State last Saturday.
Sam Houston State (6-9, 0-2 SLC) is on a five match-losing streak and will face Nicholls on Thursday before facing the Cowgirls Saturday.
