LAKE CHARLES—McNeese volleyball will look to build on its home opening win over Grambling this weekend when the Cowgirls will take part in their third tournament in as many weekends.
McNeese will travel to Houston, Texas for the Flo Hyman Collegiate Cup this Friday, Sept. 8 through Saturday, Sept. 9. All matches will have live stats and the match against Houston will be the only Cowgirl match streamed. All links can be found on the volleyball schedule page on mcneesesports.com.
McNeese (3-4) will open tournament play against Mississippi State (5-3) at 10 a.m. and Houston (1-2) at 7 p.m. Friday night. The Cowgirls will conclude tournament play with a 10 a.m. match against Stetson on Saturday. The Cowgirls will look to pick up their second win over Houston this season. McNeese defeated the Cougars 3-2 in the season opener at the Texas-Arlington Maverick Classic two weeks ago.
