SAN ANTONIO, Texas- The McNeese Cowgirl soccer squad will play its last road game of the season Sunday afternoon when it travels to Incarnate Word.

Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. and the game will be available via live stream through mcneesesports.com.

McNeese (10-5-1, 4-2-1 SLC) is coming off a 1-0 double overtime victory against Abilene Christian on Friday afternoon.

The Cowgirls, in their last seven matches, are 5-1-1 having picked up wins against Abilene Christian, Jackson State, Northwestern State, Sam Houston State, and Nicholls; tying Stephen F. Austin; and losing to Central Arkansas.

In those seven games, they outscored their opponents 16-3.

UIW (2-9-1, 2-4-1 SLC) is coming off a 1-0 home loss to Lamar on Friday night, its fourth loss in the last five games.

This will be the sixth meeting between the two programs with McNeese leading the all-time series 3-1-1 while winning the last three.
