HAMMOND---
Katelyn Elliott and
Ebony Lewis recorded a season high kills in McNeese State's 3-1 (16-25, 25-19, 25-18, 25-23) Southland Conference volleyball win over Southeastern Louisiana Saturday.

Â
"I'm happy with the result today but disappointed with how we opened the match," said head coach

Elliott led all players with 16 kills while Lewis added 13.
Keegan Nelms was the third Cowgirl to pick up double figure kills with 10.

Â
Paige Havel continues her dominance at the net and ended the day with six blocks. She got help from Lippert who was credited with four and Lewis with three. Â
Â
McNeese will return home Tuesday to host Incarnate Word in a Southland Conference match beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Â
"We have a big three match conference week next week starting with UIW on Tuesday. Hopefully we will make adjustments and be ready to play starting on the first serve. If we play hard fro start to finish, it could be a great week for us."
