LAKE CHARLES—McNeese women's basketball returns to the court Saturday, Dec. 29 following its Christmas break to host Louisiana Tech at 1 p.m. at the H&HP Complex.
McNeese (2-8) will look to pick up where they left off before the break following its wins over Southern-New Orleans and Louisiana College. Saturday's game will be the third straight of four home game for the Cowgirls and it's the final non-conference game before McNeese hosts Incarnate Word on Jan. 2 in its conference opener.

Callie Maddox (14.0 ppg.) but junior
Regan Bolton is coming off the best two games of her career after scoring a career high 26 points against SUNO then followed that game with 20 points against La. College. In the last two games, Bolton averaged 23.0 ppg., shot 60.7 percent from the field and 52.2 from three-point range. She enters Saturday's game averaging 10.4 ppg.
Freshmen
Divine Tanks and
Maia Robinson are the Cowgirl rebound leaders with Tanks leading the team with 8.0 per contest. Robinson who is coming off a career high 10 against La. College is averaging 6.8.
LA Tech (7-5) will look to snap a two-game losing streak after falling 82-70 to Missouri State and 80-70 to UMKC at the Roo Holiday Classic in Kansas City on Dec. 20 and 21
st. The game will also mark the final non-conference game for the Lady Techsters before they begin their Conference USA schedule against North Texas.
The Lady Techsters are led by the nation's third leading scorer in Kierra Anthony who is averaging 24.7 ppg. the senior from New Iberia is averaging 33.3 ppg. over the last three games.
Taylor Stahl is also averaging in double figures (11.9 ppg.) while Grayson Bright lead LA Tech with 7.0 rpg.
