"Today, just like yesterday, we took care of business. The team competed well and started off strong in doubles," said McNeese head coach Giorgia Pozzan. "We came off the court very quickly with Dalia and Charoline, and right after that Marija sealed the win on court three. We were up on all other courts too but we didn't do a good job in staying focused and staying in control. Credit to Texas St, they saw an opening and they took it. The most important thing is that we got better, especially in doubles. We will go back to work next to get ready for our home match on Sunday."
