COLLEGE STATION, Texas— McNeese softball ended play at the Texas A&M Aggie Invitational Sunday with a 3-1 win over No. 22 Texas A&M to post a 3-2 tournament record and improve to 6-5 on the season.
McNeese will return home for its next five home games beginning with a 6 p.m. single game against Houston on Wednesday. The Cowgirls will also host Austin Peay in a three-game series next Friday and Saturday then will end the home stand with a single game against UL-Monroe on Feb. 26.

st Inning- McNeese took a 3-0 lead on two hits and one Aggie error.
Justyce McClain led the game off with a single to right.
Demi Boudreaux doubled to left with one out. Cory McCrary was hit by a pitch to load the bases then
Toni Perrin was also hit by a pitch that scored McClain or a 1-0 McNeese. Boudreaux and McCray later scored on an error for a 3-0 lead.

rd Inning- Texas A&M scored one run on a sacrifice fly to right field by Baylee Klingler to cut the McNeese lead to 3-1.
