LAKE CHARLES – The McNeese women's tennis team will finish its five-match road stretch this weekend as they travel to face Northwestern St. on Friday and Central Arkansas on Sunday.

The Cowgirls (7-6, 2-2 SLC) will make their first stop on Friday when they take on league leading Northwestern St, (13-3, 5-0 SLC). McNeese defeated the Lady Demons in the finals of last year Southland Conference Tournament Championship to advance its first ever NCAA Tournament appearance.

On Sunday the Cowgirls will square off against UCA (11-6, 3-1 SLC) to close out their five-match home stretch.

Leading the charge for the Cowgirls, senior Charoline Erlandsson has posted a perfect 4-0 mark this year in conference singles play and currently sits at 13-0 on the year in singles action.

Following their matches this weekend, the Cowgirls will return home for their final four matches to close out the regular season and conference play.
