LAKE CHARLES—McNeese softball will conclude its regular season road games this week when the Cowgirls travel to Mobile, Alabama for a single against South Alabama on Wednesday then will head to Hammond for a Southland Conference series at Southeastern Louisiana this weekend.
McNeese (24-25) is coming off a 4-2 win against Nicholls on Saturday in the SLC series finale. During the series, senior
Justyce McClain became McNeese's career hits leader with 254 hits. She currently leads the Cowgirls with a .418 batting average, 66 hits, 31 runs scored and has 23 stolen bases.

Saleen Flores enters the week with the lowest ERA at 1.57 and 51 strikeouts in 84.2 innings while
Alexsandra Flores leads the staff with a 10-9 record.
South Alabama (15-28) are coming off a Sun Belt series loss at UL-Monroe last weekend dropping the first and third games of the series.
The Jaguars have five players currently batting over .300 with Brittani Reid leading the way with a .372 average. She also leads the team with 51 hits, 14 doubles, 35 runs scored, 25 walks and six stolen bases.
Alexis Reid leads the pitching staff with a 10-15 overall record, a 3.78 ERA in 161 innings and 26 complete games.
