LAKE CHARLES— Coming off its first Southland Conference win of the season in a 61-51 home win over Northwestern State on Saturday, McNeese women's basketball team will head to San Antonio, Texas on Wednesday to face Incarnate Word. Tipoff is set for 6:30 p.m.

McNeese (4-10, 1-4 SLC) will look to put together back-to-back wins for the first time this season against a UIW team that enters the game with a 6-7 overall record and 2-2 in league play following a 67-55 home loss against UNO on Saturday that snapped the Cardinals three game winning streak.
 
Damilola Balogun, who is coming off her third straight double double with 10 points and a career high 19 rebounds, 17 of which came on defense, currently leads the SLC in rebounds (11.0 rpg.) and a 94.4 free throw percent in conference games only. Balogun is averaging 9.6 ppg. and 9.1 rpg. overall.
 
Regan Bolton continues to lead the Cowgirls in scoring with 11.1 ppg. and has a 34.9 overall three-point field goal percent a 42.9 percent in conference games only which ranks her sixth. Bolton has scored in double figures in her last three games and is coming off a game high 19 points against Northwestern State.
 
As a team, the Cowgirls lead the league with a 43.5 three-point field goal percent.
 
UIW enters the game ranked third in offensive rebounds (13.3) in conference games and fifth in blocks (3.25).
 
The Cardinals are led in scoring by Imani Robinson's 13.8 ppg. and Kara Speer leads the team with 7.7 rpg.
