WBB: McNeese Will Recognize Seniors Prior To Saturday's 1 p.m. Game Against UNO

LAKE CHARLES— McNeese women's basketball will recognize its seniors Regan Bolton, Bre'Ashlee Jones, Sky Jasper, and Damilola Balogun prior to Saturday's 1 p.m. Southland Conference game against New Orleans at the H&HP Complex.
 
The Cowgirls will also host a Barbecue and Jambalaya Cookoff beginning at noon on the third level. Fans will be able to purchase a bowl for $5. Voting will be done by tip and winners will be announced at halftime of the men's game.  
 
The game can be heard on the McNeese Radio Network (1470/1290 AM and CajunRadio.com). Streaming and live stats will be provided. All links can be found on mcneesesports.com.
 
McNeese (5-19, 2-13 SLC), is coming off a 72-71 home loss against Incarnate Wednesday that saw the Cowgirls have chances to win the game in the final seconds. The Cowgirls will look to even their record against UNO (11-12, 7-7 SLC) this season after falling 78-56 in New Orleans on Jan. 18.
 
Balogun enters the game leading the Cowgirls with a double double (11.2 ppg., 10.1 rpg.) and is coming off her 10th double double of the season against IUW.
 
Callie Maddox is also averaging 11.2 ppg. and Bolton enters the game averaging 10.7 ppg.
