McNeese Women's Basketball
 
LAKE CHARLES— McNeese women's basketball will travel to Houston, Texas Saturday for a 2 p.m. Southland Conference game at Houston Baptist.
 
McNeese (5-21, 2-15 SLC) will look to pick up its second win over HBU this season after defeating the Huskies 88-72 in Lake Charles on January 25. The Cowgirls are coming off an 87-48 road loss at Southeastern Louisiana on Wednesday.
 
Senior Damilola Balogun continues to lead the Cowgirls in scoring and rebounds with 11.1 ppg. and 10.4 rpg.  Balogun also leads the league with 11.7 rpg. in conference games only and ranks second with an 87.5 free throw percent.
 
Regan Bolton is also averaging in double figures with 10.8 ppg. and is shooting 37.2 percent from behind the arc. Bolton ranks second in the SLC with 2.8,  3-pt. field made per game in conference games only.
 
HBU (6-20, 2-15 SLC) is coming off a 57-53 road loss at Nicholls on Wednesday.
