 LAKE CHARLES— McNeese women's basketball will head West this weekend for two games against PAC 12 teams beginning with a Saturday game at the University of California-Berkeley then will travel to play Oregon on Monday. Saturday's game will have a 4 p.m. (CT) start and Monday's game will start at 8 p.m. (CT). It will be the first meeting against both teams.

McNeese (3-5) will continue its stretch of road games as this will be the third of five straight road games for the Cowgirls. McNeese is coming off an 88-76 loss at Lamar on Tuesday that saw the Cowgirls cut the lead to three points early in the third quarter before the Cardinals went on a scoring run to outscore the Cowgirls 29-16 in the quarter before going on to pick up the win.

Desirae Hansen and
Zuzanna Kulinska are both averaging in double figures with Hansen leading the way with 10.3 ppg. while Kulinska is averaging 10.0 ppg. Hansen is coming off a 15-point game against Lamar where she connected on 4 of 10 from behind the arc.

Divine Tanks continues to lead the Cowgirls in rebounds with 8.3 per game and was credited with six at Lamar.

Cal (6-2) has loss two of its last three games with those losses coming against SEC teams in Ole Miss and most recently an 84-67 road loss at Arkansas on Dec. 5.

The Bears also have two players averaging in double figures with Dalayah Daniels leading the way with 11.9 ppg. Leilani McIntosh is chipping in with 10.1 ppg. Three Bears are averaging at least six rebounds per game with Ugonne Onyiah leading the way with 6.8 per game. Â Â
