After a 3-0 sweep of Louisiana Tech in an exhibition match last week, McNeese volleyball will open its regular season in Denton, Texas this weekend with three matches at the North Texas Invitational.  

This will be their first of three regular season tournaments the Cowgirls will take part in.  

McNeese will open tournament action against host North Texas at 11 a.m. Friday before concluding day one against Grambling at 5 pm.   

The Cowgirls will conclude tournament play at 11 a.m. Saturday against South Dakota State. 

Fans can support the Cowgirls from a distance this weekend by watching the live stream of the North Texas match. Live stats will be available for all three matches. 

Next Tuesday, August 31, the Cowgirls will host Lamar in its home opener at the Ralph O. Ward Rec Complex. First serve is set for 6:30 p.m. Admission is free.
