LAKE CHARLES—McNeese women's soccer will conclude its regular season this Friday, Oct. 28 in a 7 p.m. at Texas A&M-Commerce.
McNeese (5-7-4, 3-4-4 SLC) has already clinched a spot in next week's Southland Conference Tournament in Natchitoches and hosted by Northwestern State, Nov. 2-6 at the Lady Demon Soccer Complex.
The Cowgirls enter Friday's regular season finale in seventh place with 13 points and will be playing for tournament seeding.
Texas A&M-Commerce (6-8-2, 6-4-1 SLC), who has also clinched a spot in next week's tournament, enters the game in third place in the SLC with 19 points and they too will be playing for tournament seeding.
The Lions defeated the Cowgirls 2-1 in Lake Charles back on Sept. 16 in the first meeting between the two teams.
Rachel Young leads the Cowgirls on the season with five goals, 22 shots 13 shots on goal while
Magalie Depot and
Kambrie McFarland both have a team high four assists.

Jackie Kelly leads the team with four wins and 41 saves.
