LAKE CHARLES—McNeese women's tennis will look to build on its perfect 3-0 opening season weekend when the Cowgirls will travel to Ruston, La. to play Grambling and Missouri State at the Louisiana Tech Tennis Complex on Friday and Sunday.
The Cowgirls (3-0) will face Grambling (0-0) at 1 p.m. Friday and Missouri State (0-0) at 10 a.m. Sunday. Missouri State will play at UL-Monroe Friday before heading to Ruston for its Saturday and Sunday matches.
Ariane Monlleo Sanchis and
Maria Wang Martinez are both coming off an undefeated 5-0 weekend. Both players posted a 3-0 singles record and teamed up at No. 2 double to post a 2-0 record with wins over Prairie View and Our Lady of the Lake.
