TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION FORM

LAKE CHARLES- McNeese women's tennis team two fundraisers scheduled in the upcoming weeks including its 14^th annual benefit tournament and dinner/auction.
 
The tournament is scheduled for Friday, October 27 and Saturday, October 28 at Graywood Golf and Racquet Club.
 
Friday's schedule will consist of triples play from 6-8 p.m. while Saturday's schedule will consist of doubles play beginning at 8:30 a.m.  Members of the Cowgirl squad and coaches will partner with participants.
 
Individuals are guaranteed three sets with lunch on Saturday, drinks, and a T-shirt.
 
Prices for the event is $40 per person for triples play, $75 for doubles play, and $95 for both.  Entry deadline is 1 p.m., Monday, Oct. 23.

The auction will take place Thursday, Nov. 2 beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the End Zone Room on the second floor of the Jack Doland Field House.  A free meal and drinks will be provided. The auction will consist of both a live and silent auction with admission set for $50 and $500 for a table of six.
