LAKE CHARLES – Mr. Bill's Seafood Express has joined the McNeese Athletic Foundation as the Official Caterer of the McNeese Men's Basketball Platinum Club.
 
Owners Chad Pousson and Jason Guillory have been loyal and dedicated supporters of McNeese Athletics for many years and Mr. Bill's Seafood Express is the host of the weekly PokeCast Podcast that occurs every Wednesday night from 6-7 p.m.
 
"I'm so excited to have Mr. Bill's as the Official Caterer of the Platinum Club this year," said Heath Schroyer, McNeese Director of Athletics. "Chad and Jason are amazing supporters and I couldn't be happier to have them in this role.
 
"I'm a huge fan of Mr. Bill's and I have no doubt our Platinum Club members will also love the food and service they will provide this season."
 
Mr. Bill's Seafood Express will provide meals at every Cowboys' home basketball game for members before tip-off and at halftime.
