LAKE CHARLES—McNeese fans will have a chance to get an early glimpse of its inaugural Women's Beach Volleyball team on Monday, November 20 when the team will conduct its fall intrasquad scrimmage at South Beach.  First serve is set for 6 p.m.
 
Members of the squad include senior Nadia Manitzas (San Antonio, TX.), sophomores Luciana Chuong (Houston, TX.), Jolie Savoie (Lake Charles), Harlee Tupper (Bridge City, TX.), and freshmen Kaylene Gohmann (Elmwood Park, IL.), Emily Koetsier (Saint Joseph, MI.), and Rylee Lansing (Friendswood, TX.).
 
The Cowgirls are coach by Yasmin Tan who is in her second season as an indoor volleyball assistant coach.
 
The Cowgirls will begin their inaugural season in February with all home matches played at South Beach.  The 2024 schedule will be released a later date.
