LAKE CHARLES- McNeese women's basketball will conclude its six-game home stand on Tuesday, Nov. 21 against North American University. Tipoff is set for 5 p.m. at the Legacy Center.Â

McNeese (1-4) opened its season with a with a 76-47 win over Dillard but has lost its last four games including three game last week in its inaugural MTE.Â

The Cowgirls are coming off an 87-53 loss to UL-Monroe in the final game of the MTE on Saturday.

Junior
Mireia Yespes continues to lead the Cowgirls in scoring (12.4 ppg.) and rebounds (6.6 rpg.). Freshman
Azjah Reeves is the only other Cowgirl averaging in double figures (11.4 ppg.).

North American University, a NAIA university located in Stafford, Texas enters the game with a 3-3 overall record.

The Stallions have five players averaging in double figures with Keiarra Rivers leading the way with 19.8 ppg. and 9.0 rpg.

McNeese will be the second Southland team the Stallions will face during the regular season. Nicholls picked up an 82-65 win over NAU on Nov. 6.Â

NAU is coming off an 81-55 win over Southern last Saturday.
