LAKE CHARLES—McNeese women's tennis will host UIW in its regular season finale at the Nancy Hank Tennis Center this Saturday, April 15 at 11 a.m.
 
McNeese (14-4, 4-2 SLC) will look to conclude the regular season on a positive note after falling 6-1 to regular season champs Texas A&M-Commerce (13-7, 4-2 SLC) on Wednesday.  The Cowgirls and Cardinals both enter the match tied for second place in the league standings and will be playing for tournament seeding in next week's SLC Tournament in Corpus Christi, Texas.
 
Four Cowgirls have at least 10 wins this season with Maria Martinez Wang leading the way with 16 wins (16-2).  Wang is 5-1 in league play this season, dropping her fist SLC match on Wednesday.  Ariane Monlleo Sanchis is 12-5 overall and is also 5-1 in the SLC while Emma-Lou Pommiers (10-4) and Natalia Ballo (10-5) also have 10 wins on the year.
 
UIW enters the match following its 5-2 win at Lamar on Wednesday that snapped a two-match losing streak with losses at New Orleans and a home loss to Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.
