LAKE CHARLES – McNeese Athletics has announced the dates for its 2023 Cowboy Caravan which will kick-off the 2023-24 sports season feature head coaches from all 14 sports, including football's Gary Goff and men's basketball's Will Wade at all stops.
 
The event will be held from 6-8 p.m. at each location. Food and beverages will be provided. The event is free and all fans and alumni are invited to attend to hear the coaches speak about their upcoming seasons.
 
The first stop will be on Tuesday, July 11 in DeRidder at the Beauregard Parish Fairgrounds (610 West Dr., DeRidder, LA). On Thursday, July 13, the caravan will roll into Westlake at the National Golf Club of Louisiana (1000 National Dr., Westlake, LA), and will conclude on Tuesday, July 18 in Lake Charles at Southwest Beverage (3860 Broad Street).
 
McNeese Ticket Office personnel will be on site at all three events to sell season tickets, including the popular 337 Package which includes a reserved season ticket to all home football games and a general admission season ticket to all home men's and women's basketball, baseball and softball contest, all for just $337.
