Megan Grose has been named this week's Southland Conference "Setter of the Week", the league announced Monday afternoon.
The native of Brighton, Michigan dished out 214 assists in four matches this week averaging 11.89 assists per set. Grose recorded at least 35 assists in each of the Cowgirls' four matches including a career high 67 assists against Southeast Missouri at the Cowgirl Invitational over the weekend. In the match against the Redhawks, Grose was credited with 13 digs for her first double double of the season. She is the first Cowgirl to win player of the week honors this season.
