McNeese to conclude non-conference against Jackson State

JACKSON, Miss. – McNeese soccer (2-4-1) returns to its traveling ways against Jackson State (1-5-0) for a solo weekend matchup Saturday afternoon at 1 p.m. at JSU Soccer Field, the last non-conference matchup of the season.
 
"Coach Flogaites always has a competitive and very will organized team," said head coach Drew Fitzgerald. They are coming off a championship season last year and have had some success against SLC teams this year so we think it's the perfect test for us as we head into the conference season."
 
McNeese holds a 6-1 record all-time over the Tigers and currently own a three-game winning streak.
 
Jackson State has faced three conference opponents during the 2023 campaign, earning its lone win over Nicholls 4-1.
