CHARLES—McNeese volleyball (3-11, 1-0 SLC) continues its three-match home stand Saturday by hosting New Orleans (2-10, 0-1 SLC) in a Southland Conference match. First serve is set for 1 p.m. at the Legacy Center. Saturday's match is also Alumni Day and all former Cowgirl alumni will be recognized between the second and third set.

McNeese will look to pick up its second conference win of the season Saturday after starting league play last Thursday with a straight set win at Texas A&M-Commerce.

The Cowgirls are coming off a 3-1 non-conference win over UL-Monroe on Tuesday that saw three Cowgirls record double figure kills and digs.

McNeese enters the match leading the SLC in hitting percent (.316), assists (16.67), kills (17.33), and aces (2.00) in conference matches only.

Carissa Chainey leads the Cowgirls with 150 kills and is second on the team with 137 digs.Â
