LAKE CHARLES-  McNeese women's basketball will host New Orleans at 1 p.m. Saturday in the first game of a doubleheader with the Cowboys.  The meeting is the first of two against the Privateers this season.
 
The game marks the second of three straight Cowgirl home games.  The game will be streamed on ESPN+
 
McNeese (4-16, 0-7 SLC) is coming off a 60-44 loss against NW State on Thursday and are searching for its first conference and Division I win of the season.
 
UNO (6-12, 3-4 SLC) is coming off a 65-62 road loss at Lamar on Thursday and will look to snap a two-game losing streak.
 
The Privateers lead the series 24-18 but the Cowgirls have won four out of the last five meetings including both meetings last season.

•McNeese ranks second in the SLC in scoring (66.8 ppg.) and is third in assists (13.3) but are giving up the most points (81.3) per game.
• Emilia Tenbrock is second in the SLC and leads McNeese in scoring (15.4 ppg.) and 3-point field goal percent (42.0)
