LAKE CHARLES-  McNeese women's basketball will host Nicholls at 1 p.m. Saturday in the first game of a doubleheader with the Cowboys.  Its the final home game of the season for the Cowgirls in what has been designated as Teacher Appreciation Game where all Calcasieu Parish School Board teachers can purchase a general admission ticket for $5.  The event is sponsored by Manuel Builders.
 
Tickets can be purchased at the Jack Doland Field House until 5 p.m. Friday and then on Saturday at the Legacy Center ticket office starting at 11:30 a.m. An official and current CPSB I.D. must be presented when purchasing.
 
McNeese (5-24, 1-15 SLC) is coming off its first D1 and SLC win of the season with its 72-64 win over Houston Christian Thursday.
 
Nicholls will enter the game 13-15 overall and are tied for fifth in the SLC with a 7-9 record.
 
McNeese will conclude its schedule next Wednesday at New Orleans in a 5 p.m. game.
