HAMMOND—McNeese beach volleyball dropped its matches to Spring Hill College, Texas A&M-Kingsville, and Central Arkansas Friday and Saturday at the Southeastern Invitational.  Two of the three matches were five set matches with the Cowgirls falling short.
 
The pair of Ella Swansiger and Harlee Tupper posted a 2-1 record in the tournament with wins over Spring Hill College and Central Arkansas.
 
McNeese will travel to Monroe this weekend to take part in the UL-Monroe Bayou Bash.  The Cowgirls will open tournament play against UL-Monroe at 10:45 a.m. Friday and will play Texas A&M-Kingsville at 4:15 p.m. later that day.  McNeese will face Missouri State at 10:45 a.m. and Nicholls at 2:30 p.m. Saturday.
