LAKE CHARLES— McNeese women's tennis travels to Thibodaux Saturday for a 1 p.m. Southland Conference match against Nicholls.
 
McNeese (12-1, 1-0 SLC) will carry the programs longest winning streak of 10 consecutive victories into Saturday's match following its SLC opening 6-1 win at UNO last Saturday.  The lone Cowgirl loss of the season was at Tulane on Jan. 20.
 
The match will be the SLC opener for Nicholls (6-1, 0-0 SLC) who is on a five-match winning.
 
Following Saturday's match, the Cowgirls will return home for its final three home matches of the season beginning with a 1 p.m. non-conference match against Missouri State on Monday, March 11.  The Cowgirls will also host Southeastern (March 23) and Northwestern State (March 25) in conference matches.
