LAKE CHARLES--  A standing room only crowd of volleyball fans came to watch McNeese and LSU in an exhibition match Saturday at the Legacy as both head coaches showcased their teams for the upcoming 2024 season.
 
For the Cowgirls, it was their second scrimmage as they held a Blue/Gold scrimmage on Friday.  It's the only exhibition match of the season for LSU.  McNeese will hold another Blue/Gold Scrimmage on Thursday, August 22 before opening its season on Aug. 31 at the South Alabama jaguar Invitational.
