LAKE CHARLES—McNeese volleyball will take to the road again this weekend for Southland Conference matches at Houston Christian (6:30 p.m.) Thursday and at Incarnate Word (1 p.m.) on Saturday. Only the UIW match will be streamed on ESPN+.
For the Cowgirls (5-9, 1-1 SLC) it will be their third and fourth straight Southland Conference road matches to start the conference schedule. McNeese is coming off a 3-2 win at UNO last Saturday for its first SLC win of the season.
Head coach
Sasha Karelov enters the weekend, one win shy of her 50
th career win.
Both HCU (7-8, 2-0 SLC) and UIW (6-8. 2-0 SLC) enter the weekend undefeated in the SLC who have both defeated Texas A&M-Commerce and Northwestern State.
