LAKE CHARLES – McNeese Men's Basketball has announced its 2025-26 promotional schedule, highlighted by a full slate of themed nights, community recognitions, and special ticket deals at Townsley Law Arena.
The Bayou Bandits open their home slate on Nov. 3 against Champion Christian, kicking off a season that blends on-court excitement with fan-focused fun. Among the most anticipated theme nights are the Battle of I-10, Twelfth Night, Cajun Heritage Day, and Stranger Things Night, each promising a unique game-day experience for Cowboy fans.
The 2025-26 Home Schedule features the following promotional nights:
- Nov. 3 vs. Champion Christian – Home Opener
- Nov. 10 vs. College of Biblical Studies – Military Appreciation Night
- Nov. 14 vs. UL-Lafayette – Battle of I-10 / Gold Game
- Dec. 5 vs. Northwestern State – Toys for Tots Game
- Dec. 12 vs. East Texas A&M – Holiday Hoops
- Jan. 2 vs. Lamar – Battle of the Border
- Jan. 5 vs. Stephen F. Austin – Twelfth Night
- Jan. 10 vs. Southeastern – Cajun Heritage Day

Fans can enjoy discounted $5 GA tickets for the Battle of I-10 rivalry showdown.
- Jan. 24 vs. New Orleans – Educators Appreciation / $5 GA Tickets
Educators from all schools (elementary through high school) can receive up to four GA tickets for $5 each.
- Feb. 7 vs. Incarnate Word – First Responders / $5 GA Tickets
First responders can receive up to four GA tickets for $5 each with a valid ID or badge.
- Feb. 9 vs. Houston Christian – Valentine's 2-for-1 GA Tickets
