SAN ANTONIO, Texas—   Incarnate Word took advantage of several scoring runs on its way to a straight set (25-21, 25-13, 25-13) Southland Conference volleyball win over McNeese Saturday. 
 
The loss drops McNeese to 5-11 overall and 1-3 in conference play.  UIW evens its overall record to 8-8 and remains undefeated in the SLC at 4-0.
 
For the third straight match, senior Kayla Wilson recorded double figure kills to lead the Cowgirls with 14 kills.
 
McNeese will return home for five of its next six matches including its SLC home opener against Lamar next Thursday, Oct. 9
