LAKE CHARLES—After starting the Southland Conference schedule on the road for the first four matches, McNeese volleyball returns home Thursday night for five of its next six matches. It will also be the first home match since its 3-1 win over Southern on Sept. 16.
McNeese (5-11, 1-3 SLC) will host Lamar (8-11, 1-3 SLC) at 6:30 p.m. Thursday in its Dig Pink match and its volleyball version of Battle of the Border.
McNeese will host Stephen F. Austin at 1 p.m. Saturday. SFA enters its Thursday's match at Nicholls with an overall 9-6 record and are one of three teams entering the weekend undefeated in SLC matches at 4-0. Houston Christian and Incarnate Word also enter the weekend undefeated in SLC matches.

McNEESE NOTES
• McNeese returns home Thursday for five of its next six matches.
• Enters the weekend tied for seventh place in the SLC race with Lamar, UNO, and East Texas A&M
• McNeese opened the SLC schedule with its first four matches on the road
• Thursday's 6:30 p.m. match against Lamar will be the first home match since its Sept. 16 match against Southern.

• Lamar leads the series 27-11 and has won seven of the last eight matches. The teams split matches last season winning on each other's home court.

• McNeese's lone conference win to this point was a 3-2 road win at New Orleans on Sept. 27.

Ava Henry leads the team with a .284 hitting percent and is third on the team in kills (119) and blocks (28).

Kayla Wilson is second on the team with 138 kills and has recorded double figure kills in the last three matches including a season high 20 kills in the win over UNO.

Kinga Ziolkowska leads the team in assists (321) and service aces (15)

Jordan Gamble leads the team with 38 blocks.
