WBB: Cowgirls Close Out Bahama Tournament Against Belmont On Wednesday

NASSAU, Bahamas—McNeese women's basketball will conclude play at the Baha Mar Hoops Pink Flamingo Championship on Wednesday, Nov. 26 at 10 a.m. (CT) against Belmont in the consolation game of the Goombay Division. The game will stream on FloCollege. 
McNeese (3-2) will look to bounce back from its 83-63 loss to No. 23 West Virginia on Monday that saw the Cowgirls get off to a slow start.  McNeese placed four players in double figures and was led in scoring by Arianna Patton's 17 points.  Patton leads the team in scoring with 13.0 ppg.  Lexi Alexander and Dakota Howard top the team with 5.6 rpg.
 
Belmont (3-3) is coming off a 68-56 loss to Ohio State in their first game of the tournament on Monday.  The Bruins entered the tournament ranked No. 11 in the CollegeInsider Mid Major Poll.  The Bruins enter the game with three players averaging in double figures.  Jailyn Banks is averaging 14.0 ppg., Hilary Fuller is averaging 12.2 ppg., and Avery Strickland is averaging 10.0 ppg.  Quinn Eubank leads with 6.5 rpg.
