VIATOR COLLECTS CAREER WIN NO. 100
• McNeese head coach
Matt Viator recorded his 100th career victory last Saturday in the Cowboys' 50-3 win over Northwestern State.
• To date, Viator has compiled a 100-78 overall record which includes an 81-39 mark in his 11 seasons at McNeese.
• His 81 wins are the most in school history and the third-most of any coach in Southland Conference history (99 by Ron Randleman, Sam Houston State, 1987-2004; 83 by Sam Goodwin, Northwestern State, 1987-99).
• Viator has won a league-record 56 Southland Conference only games and has compiled a 56-21 overall mark in league games.

GAME OVERVIEW
• McNeese hits the road for the second time in three weeks when it visits East Texas A&M on Saturday at 4 p.m. on ESPN+.
• The Cowboys are looking to win their second-straight game for the first time this season after defeating Northwestern State 50-3 last Saturday.
• McNeese is 0-4 away from home this year, getting outscored by a 147-41 margin, although two of those losses were to FBS schools (34-10 at ULL, 48-7 at Utah State).
• The Cowboys' last win on the road was Nov. 16, 2024 in a 35-3 win at Northwestern State

• Junior defensive lineman Phillip Garner made his first career start a memorable one as he was named the SLC Defensive Player of the Week along with STATS national defensive POW honorable mention honors after recording 2 sacks, 4.5 tackles for a loss and a team-high 6 total tackles.
• Bradford currently leads the Southland Conference with 1.22 tackles for a loss per game which also ranks him 21st in the FCS.
