LAKE CHARLES—McNeese women's tennis (16-4, 3-2 SLC) will host Nicholls (5-10, 0-5 SLC) at 2:30 p.m. Friday instead of its original match scheduled for April 5 due to expected rain in the Lake Area on Saturday at the Nancy Hank Tennis Center.
 
The match will be one of two final home matches for the Cowgirls this season.  McNeese will host New Orleans on Monday, April 7 at 11 a.m. in its home finale.  The Cowgirls enter Friday's match in fifth place in the league standings behind Northwestern State (6-0), Texas A&M-CC and SFA at 5-1, and UTRGV with a 4-2 conference record.
 
Salome Fluri leads the team with a 17-2 singles record while Ana Hollweg is 13-5, Alexa Martinez is 12-3, Elena Morales is 11-3, and Ariane Monlleo Sanchis is 11-6 in singles action.  Fluri enters the match having won her last 14 matches
 
Fluri and Stella Rundova, the Cowgirls' No. 1 doubles team are 12-4 on the year while the No. 3 doubles team of Hollweg and Morales are 10-4 on the season.
