LAKE CHARLES – The McNeese Cowgirl soccer team defeated Angelina College in a 2-0 victory during Thursday night's exhibition match.
The Cowgirls took the lead in the 46
th minute of the match from a goal credited to sophomore,
Giulia Lucarelli, off the assist by
Elizabeth Edomwonyi in their first game as a Cowgirl. Edomwonyi would then be credited with a goal in the 57
th minute that would put the Cowgirls up 2-0.
