Bailey Tillman has signed a pro contract with RoboMarkets AEL, becoming the first McNeese volleyball player to turn pro in program history.
"Becoming the first volleyball player in McNeese history to go pro is a blessing I don't take lightly," said Tillman. "I'm incredibly grateful for the people who supported and poured into me throughout my journey. McNeese gave me the foundation to dream bigger and now I get to carry that legacy forward as I begin my professional career overseas in Cyprus with RoboMarkets AEL. I want to be nothing but motivation to athletes like me with big goals and dreams. I give all glory to God for ordering my steps."
Tillman completed her playing career with the Cowgirls in 2024 ranked second in career digs with 1,830 and ranked third in career digs per set with 4.43 per set.
The 2023 SLC "Libero of the Year" was twice named to the Louisiana Libero of the Year along with being named to the All-Southland Conference team three times throughout her career. Tillman also garnered AVCA All-Region honors and was named to the 2022 SLC All-Tournament team.
