HOUSTON, Texas—   McNeese dropped both Friday matches at the Houston Cougar Challenge in straight sets falling to Liberty (25-20, 25-22, 25-20) in the morning and to North Alabama (25-16, 25-15, 25-13) in the afternoon.
 
McNeese (4-7) will play Houston at 7 p.m. Saturday in a match that will be streamed on ESPN+.
