Ran second in the 10,000 meters last year at conference...also placed 10th in SLC cross country meet and finished 5th in the 5000 meter run indoors...('09 cross country) 18th at conference meet.....14:55.79 best in the 5000 meters, 3:56 in the 1500 meters, 8:32 in the 3000 meters...prepped at Hathaway High where he was a two-time all-state pick....runnerup in state cross country meet in 2007....three time district and regional champ in 1600 and 3200 meters....division II indoor state champ in 3200 meters...AAU all-American...honor roll....SLC commissioner's list....uncle is former Cowboy golfer Rick Woodson....Exercise Science major
